Quick Question

  • I feel silly even asking, but do any of you have a targeted number of calories to burn per day? I'm getting a heart rate monitor (Polar FT7) that I think will be a fun gadget to help me track my exercise efforts, but now I'm not sure if there's an amount I should be aiming for?

  • Yeah...i am calorie counting and that means the more u exercise, the more u get to eat. So i burn 600 calories , and then eat whatever i want ( altho healthy).
