exersize video advise

  • does anyone use or have used the videos " walk away the pounds ". just wondering on their effectivness...??
  • I have used Leslie Sansone videos for years and found them effective for me. In case you didn't see it already, there is a WATP thread under the fitness videos forum.

    Not sure what your definition is of effective, but for me the biggest thing is that I am willing to do it and it provides a cardio workout. Works for me.
  • I've been using the videos since last summer and I credit them (along with watching my portions) with helping me lose around 70 lbs. I still walk with Leslie 4 - 5 days per week.

    You get out of them what you put in. I really like that I can vary the intensity. If I want a bigger sweat I will use 5 lb hand weights or a resistance band and do my own arm movements with the walks.

    There are some videos on Youtube and also you should check out Jessica Smith's walking videos that are also on YT. She has a lot more variety in her walks.
