Finally, my weight is down past 264 again! Last week I was down to 263.4 then shot up to 265 again, so I'm happy to see that it went back down. Hopefully it actually stays this time and continues its way down.
The ninja monkeys are in my scale and now my car, missed yoga class because my car has been taken over by the ninja monkeys! Curses! Monday my car should be fixed, So til then... im gong to keep eating healthy and ride my bike and walk and do some p90x even though i hate p 90x lol
I had a 2 lb drop since yesterday. Finally got back to and passed my weight on the 16th (255.2) before water/sodium gain happened. I don't think I will be playing in this challenge for the win since I dropped so fast and it wasn't true fat losses, which wouldn't be fair. I will add my weights just for fun. I'm praying I hang on to these numbers and/or drop some more today.
