I've been a member of 3FC since 06' but kinda took a break from here. But now I'm down 20 lbs and want to get back into taking better care of myself. I turn the big 4-0 in a year and a month and I want to make it a fabulous 40!!!

mygirlvj -- I hear ya. My DH quit smoking 5 yrs ago. He used the Patch. He said it was one of the hardest things he ever did. But he's glad he did. GL!!!!
