Backwards, but I'm okay...

  • Gained two pounds, but didn't track my WW points as closely as I should have. So backwards -- but -- I've been quite physically active, working out with my new swim coach. My goal is still to be competitive in regional senior olympic games in the near future.

    Just to make a point about weight vs size -- my niece says I've lost weight. I think I'm more trim, so yes, I'll take the compliment!

  • At 5'10" you can easily flucuate in weight by several lbs. This has nothing to do with fat.

    Knowing the difference between fat loss and weight loss can help your mindset quite a bit when you're doing everything right and the scale doesn't cooperate.
