    (In Australia it is August 1st.)

    Last year, on my 18th birthday I weighed 124kg (273lbs), but today, on my 19th birthday I weigh 94kg (207lbs)! Knowing that I have lost 30kg (66lbs) is amazing! I see the changes, not only in my body but in my confidence.
