Weekly food journal June 16+

  • Monday, Monday.....

    I was off plan on the weekend so back to it today!

    So far today......

    Breakfast:
    1 cup honey nut cheerios with 1/2 cup 2% milk
    1 coffee with cream and sugar

    Snack:
    1 cup mixed berry non-fat yogurt
    1 cup of decaf tea with sweetener

    Other snack
    2 fig newton cookies and another cup of tea - I am starving today, I don't what is going on with me can't stop eating
    I was ready to eat my lunch by 10:30

    Lunch:
    Big salad with ham and cheese and low fat dressing

    Dinner:
    Subway- 1 6-inch roast chicken sub-hold the cheese and had veggies and mustard on whole wheat bread
    1 herbal tea
    6 Breton crackers
    3 slices of cheese
    1 french vanilla coffee

    Still in munchie mode but managing not to eat everything in sight

    Breakfast:
    1 cup honey nut cheerios with 1/2 cup 2% milk
    1 coffee with cream and sugar

    Snack:
    1 cup grapes
    1 cup of decaf tea with sweetener

    Lunch:
    Big salad with ham and cheese and low fat dressing
    2 pieces of Melba toast
    fresh fruit salad mixed with low-fat yogurt

    Dinner:
    2 slices of sole
    side salad of mixed greens and roasted red pepper dressing
    1 can of PC Black Cherry diet club soda
  • Oh. I see no one else is posting here....guess I am the only one eating

    Wednesday:


    Breakfast:
    1 cup honey nut cheerios with 1/2 cup 2% milk
    1 coffee with cream and sugar

    Lunch:
    1 turkey sandwich on rye with hot mustard and lettuce;
    2 oz cheese
    1/2 cup of grapes
    1/2 cup mango

    Snack:
    1 cup non-fat yogurt

    Dinner:
    1 boneless porkchop-marinated in spicy sauce and baked
    1/2 cup rice
    1 cup steamed asparagus
    !/2 cup French vanilla ice-cream with non-fat coffee syrup
  • Breakfast:
    2 cinnamon eggo waffles with 2 tbsp syrup
    1 coffee

    Snack:
    1 cup non-fat yogurt

    Lunch:
    1/2 can tuna mixed with Wasbi-lime mustard (instead of mayo) on rye bread
    1 cup cucumber slices
    1 cup grapes

    Dinner:
    2 cups of wholewheat spaghetti with mushrooms, onions and italian sausage and roasted red pepper tomato sauce
    1 slice of rye bread

    Snack:
    1 rib
    (don't ask -DH stopped by a rib shack on his way home last night )
