Went To The Doctor's Today...

    Like the title says I went to the doctor's today and find out I lost 3 more pounds I went from 294 to 291, I am so proud of my self, All of my hard work is paying off after all

    Wonderful news! Go update your profile numbers. I'm so proud of every loss that I update my numbers first thing. Unless I went up a tad . I don't change the numbers because I know they won't be up long and mostly it's from water and not a real gain.
