If this is in the wrong place, I'm sorry.
I thought I would open a thread for me to log my weight loss.
I started my diet (I hate that word) last Monday (24th June) & I have no end date in mind, just weight targets. I'll concentrate on getting down 10lbs each time but the big marker is that I want to make it to 170lbs & reassess when I'm there.
Feel free to dip in & out with suggestions etc.
Monday 24th June 2013 - 241.4lb
Monday 1st July 2013 - 240.2lb
