  • First of all, may I just say "eww" to that 1lb of fat picture !!! Here's to getting rid of lots of those! (I might print that out and stick it on my fridge, haha!)

    I love these threads and the wonderful supportive people that take part in it. June seemed to be such a great month for so many people, I hope that July brings even more losses. I'd like to join in again. So far, in both May and June I have lost 4lbs total, in spite of my loftier goals . I have a new plan, and a summer of baring my new bod to the whole world, so I am going to aim for the high, high goal of 8 lbs - 2 lbs a week. That will put me at 11 stone 10 (164lbs) which is my next mini-goal. Fingers crossed that maybe it will work this time! I weigh on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • ,hi all I think I will join in with this one. I was just thinking yesterday that I wanted to lose 10 pounds by my birthday which is the 31st of july so this fit in perfectly . I would be happy with 6 pounds but 10 would be pretty pretty awesome. hopefully I'll be up to keep up with this and get this diet back on track.

    I've lost 35 lbs since March 1. I've been stuck at the same weight for all of June. I'm going to add 1 hr of exercise 5 days a week. Lets go!
  • I'm in as usual! I'm gonna aim for 7lbs this month to put me in the 140's. June wasn't a good month for me but i've found my groove that's got the weight loss started again.. Let's hope it sticks!!

  • Well, June was a bust for me. I didn't track my food consistently and dealt with stress by eating. Ugh, bad! The stressful issue has been resolved (I realize this is totally an excuse), but I need a redo this month. We will hit the deployment halfway mark this month, so this is not the time for me to fall off the wagon!

    Time to face the music. If I can squeek out a 2.5lb loss this month I'll be happy.
