On Plan Thread June 24 - 30

  • A day late, but here is this weeks thread, a great place to post your daily menus.
  • I dont know why it has been so hard for me to get around to posting my daily menus... got to do better!

    Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

    Greek Yogurt w/ vanilla & grapes

    Cauliflower 'faux'tatoes, topped w/ rf cheddar, jalapenos, green onions & a dollup of sourcream
    Glass of skim milk

    Hot dog salad
    Brocolli (a gigantic amount)
    Glass of skim mik

    Celery w/ pb (when munchie later)
  • Today is my first day of Phase 2

    B- 2 eggs
    L- crustless pizza
    S- beef patty and squash
    snack sf jello and maybe a pear
  • Thanks for the thread, River Girl. You're more faithful than anyone, so don't worry! Christian, congratulations on getting to Phase 2, and for your loss!

    Phase 1, Day 6 (down 3 pounds)

    B: 2 hard boiled eggs
    L: tuna salad (lots, the eggs weren't really enough for breakfast) on chopped romaine
    D: chicken with white bean soup; also mushrooms, onions and spinach (in the soup)
    Sn: peanut butter and celery sticks

    L - hamburger patty with bean salad

    Taco Salad w/ romaine, tomatoes, green onion, jalapenos, seasoned ground beef, salsa (homemade), dollup of sour cream
    Green beans
    Glass of skim milk

    Cucumber & rf cheddar (when munchie later)
  • After a week's restart on Phase I, I'll be doing Phase 2. I'm starting with one fruit, but this time I want to try to add in foods so I'll see what I can handle.

    Breakfast: Strawberry yogurt smoothie.

    Lunch: 1 cup egg salad with celery and carrot sticks.

    Dinner: Salmon and asparagus (baked).

    Snacks: a handful of nuts here, a bit of peanut butter on a celery stick there
