    I'm a calorie counter. I started my weight loss journey at 251 lbs and I've lost 74 lbs so far. I ate roughly 1200-1600 calories and walked 5-10 miles every day. Now, I want to change my daily calorie goal and make it 800-1000 calories. I'll share my food & exercise info daily on this page.
