I finally hit the 10 lb mark. I've been "dieting" off and on for months losing 5, somehow gaining it back even though I was not cheating so I would quit and gain a couple more. Rinse and repeat. I finally got past that first stubborn 5 lbs and then added 5 more! I could have cried when I saw that this morning! It's been such a struggle and thankfully, it's working!
That's a great accomplishment -- good for you. There's something so rewarding about getting off some weight that was like a relative invited for a holiday who stayed for a month! Goodbye and good riddance to those 10 pounds.
