Today when doing the standing against the wall "exercise" I was finally able to touch the back of my head to the wall while looking straight ahead with my chin slightly tucked. That has been my goal since I started PT in Dec. I feel it is a tiny bit of a strain right now but at least I can do it.
I notice I have a lot better range of motion in my arm now too, so it is progressing too. I still didn't get back to the gym today ...just feel so tired, but I am slowly getting better again. Seems like it really wasn't that bad a cold yet has left me so wiped out.
Am trying to track my intake today. I've been very lax with that recently. I may not get it tracked here but hopefully will get it into MFP. So far today I've had a Slim-Fast for breakfast and cottage cheese, 5 crackers and 1/2 orange for am snack/lunch. My weight continues to be stable.
