    Okaaaaayyyy.... So this week I have discovered that IF is not for me. Came off a fast straight into a 24hour binge.... Fell COMPLETELY off the wagon.

    I think the lesson here is 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it.'
    Will weigh in tomorrow to assess the damage, pick myself back up, and try again (whilst glaring furiously at me kneee of course - can't even walk for more than 30mins grr arrg)

  • Sorry to hear IF did not work for you lilsquirrel. I skip dinner (and drink beer instead - not technically IF) and missing that meal does work for me.

    But it's all about finding what works for you.
  • I would like to join. I've been eating horribly for the last month and gained back 6 pounds. Hoping some of that is water weight... I'm aiming to lose 4 pounds by the end of the month to put me at 188 and hopefully out of the 190s for good.
