So lately I've been thinking there's something wrong with me. I'm down 30ish pounds and have never experienced a NSV (other than remaining on plan). Well today I had 2!

1.). I put n a pair of jeans this morning (size 24) and just didn't feel like constantly battling to keep them up all day, so I thought I"d try the new pair of Lucky jeans I bought a few months ago in a SIZE 18. I've purposely not tried them before now because I didn't want to be disappointed, but they fit PERFECT. I love them, they're the softest, most comfortable pair of jeans I've ever owned.

2.). I had an IEP (special ed meeting with parents, student, admin, sped teacher, and reg ed teacher) meeting today after school (yes, on the LAST day of school, don't go there...). Anyway, the classroom used doesn't have a conference table, so everyone sits in student desks in a circle. I HATE sitting in student desks because I don't fit (and I'm germophobic). Today as I'm sitting in the desk (wishing I had a Clorox cloth to wipe it down with), I realized that not only was my fat not rolled over the desktop like it was the last time I was in one of these meetings, there was actually a good 3-4 inch gap between my stomach and the desktop!

So while I'm not actually "seeing" a difference when I look in the mirror, I'm beginning to see a difference in other ways.

And the second one is a HUGE victory. I can't imagine how much better you must've felt about your body when you noticed that. Hold on to that feeling anytime the ride is getting rough.

Thanks guys! Today 4 different co-workers told me today what a difference they notice in my size. One said he was watching me on the field (from the hill above) during grad practice this week and asked who I was because he didn't recognize me from afar!!!

I also noticed this morning I fit in my car different...

Whoa!!! That's 2 more NSVs!!! (or technically 5 since it was 4 people plus your car!) I told you they'd keep coming!!!
