I want to get myself in a morning routine of drinking 8 ozs of water as soon as I wake and then get in another 8 ozs with breakfast. I do a good job on water intake but wanted to up it more. After breakfast I will do an exercise DVD or swim and do water exercises and then fully dust and clean one or two areas of my home. After lunch I want to get in another exercise DVD or swim again.
Thank you, FiftyFive! I am going to have to be deligent the next few weeks and then it should become pretty routine for me. We just made an out-of-state move from a northern state to a southern state. I had to turn on the air last month. We will have to get use to the 6 months of heat and humity. lol
