I am a diabetic and have been struggling to keep my A1C levels where they belong. My doctor wants them to be below 7. Had my blood work done and my A1C was 6.3, down a considerable amount considering my prior one was 8.1. Hoping that with my continuing weight loss and exercise that I can keep my A1C levels in the normal range.
