  • Just Solutions. Time to get serious again. . .

  • You've lost 37 pounds so far! that's great. And it's awesome that you're kicking excuses in the butt and letting solutions guide your way. Keep it up and good luck 1
  • Yes but I had lost 55.8 pounds until my latest slip up. lol
  • Now you are back and posted so we are watching you!!

The most important part is you took that pic and posted it here, you can do this!!
  • Well you've chosen to correct that and keep pressing forward. Finding the willpower and motivation to jump back on the wagon is the first and hardest step. I think a majority of us have fallen off.

Quitting is not an option .
  • Oh I have fallen off so many times. I have the bruises and scars to prove it. It was time to get back here and be held accountable again.
  • Welcome back!

My last regain was my last straw . . . at the beginning of last year I was well over 20 pounds up for the first time since 2004 so I knew I had to do something. I buckled down last March and have been trucking ever since.

Maybe this will be your last straw? I'm rooting for you.
  • You can do it. And remember, slip-ups can teach you lessons. Because even when you meet your goal weight, and you will , you will still have to learn how to keep an eye on the scale and dial it back when necessary if it's starts ticking up again. Lifelong process and all that!

    You can do it!
  • Slip ups happen. What matters is that you're back and committed. You can do this!!
  • Darn it. I know how you feel. It is THE WORST because you're like "Now I have to relose all that weight that I lost!" That's no fun.

But you can do it. You've done it before, you can do it again.
  • You can do this! Hugs
  • Thank you everyone for the love and support, it feels good to be back!
  • Welcome back! You can do it!!
  • Belinda, my friend, I am soooo glad to see you back on here!!! I missed you!
  • I missed you too Peggy but I have been stalking you on Facebook and I am so very proud of you and your progress!!
