  • I am worried about my weigh in tomorrow. I really don't think that I am in ketosis. It's been three weeks. I know that ketosis stix aren't reliable but mine are negative. I am also starving!!! I can't eat enough. I have followed plan 100%. I've been giving it my all. If I haven't lost 2 or more lbs and a couple inches I think I will tell my coach I am done.
