    Paying the piper . . . I had Chinese Food yesterday. Still "feel" down weight-wise though, and it's really hot out and I worked very hard for hours outside yesterday, so here's to hoping that's not a real gain, just water retention Heh. Live in hope I always say.

    Very frustrated by the past week's weigh in. Feel like with the way I've been eating I should be down below 286--not slowly creeping up/maintaining a higher weight. Hope I can keep motivated and not eat junk!

  • Looks like most folks are off to a good start this month. I know I am finally seeing a good downward trend and am getting off all of the water I held onto last month!

    I am finding it interesting to see how many of us are having TOM visit us simultaneously. It is scientific fact that if we were all physically meeting daily that we would all synchronize, but to find this virtual synchronization is really cool.

  • My body appears to have something against twoderville. I've been bouncing around 297-302 quite a bit the past couple of weeks.

    I should really start measuring I suppose, but too lazy to, lol.

    Still I'm hiking further/steeper trails than before, have lots of energy, fitting into clothes (like my rain gear) that didn't come close to be wearable a couple months ago.

    Even so, not seeing the scale move makes it all a little less exciting. I know in my head it will move, eventually though! Silly scale.
