    I even use leftover coffee to make the ice cubes for it!

    L: chicken soup w/ 4 oz chicken, 1.5 c.veggies (bok choy, celery, leeks, mushrooms, homemade chicken bone broth)

    more ginger/lemon water

    S: protithin pink lemonade or IP orange drink

    D: repeat lunch

    more ginger/lemon water hot or cold (flush this crap out!)

    pureed cauliflower with 1/2 packet mushroom sauce for gravy
    D-Chicken coated in SW Cheese Puffs (crushed) and baked and probably jicama
    Dessert-Chocolate shake!
