I'm with Marslick. I'm starving beginning around 2:30 every day and I feel so tired and run down. I am so grouchy I can barely stand myself. Here is what I ate today. Thanks in advance for any and all help. Today is day 10 on IP.
B-8:30-IP omelet with a handful mushrooms, bell pepper, asparagus, 4 cups water, 1 cup black coffee
At 10:00 I'm starving. Felt weak and dizzy so I ate IP Apple Cinnamon Soy Puffs with an IP vanilla premade drink poured over it. This is the farthest I have veered from the plan so far.
1:00 Lunch- after running errands, I made 2 cups roasted okra with 2 tsp olive oil. IP vanilla pudding 2 cups water
The entire afternoon has been miserable. I am over one protein packet. This is the first time I have let myself do that. I have taken all supplements as directed, I drink water all day. I use the sea salt at each meal. I'm having a cup of green tea now. About to have 8 oz grilled fish and roasted cauliflower and salad for dinner. Hope tomorrow is easier. I am so happy with the weight loss. Just not sure how long I can feel so bad.

Question - have you ever had issues with hypoglycemia? That can cause hunger and dizziness. If that's a known issue, you may actually need to look at the Alternative Phase 1 Protocol (NOT to be confused with using alternative products) - it is a special IP protocol for diabetics and folks whose bodies don't tolerate standard Phase 1 well.

Man I feel like such a complainer. You all seem so positive. I have tried several Walden Farms products. They ALL leave such a nasty after taste. Any alternate suggestions for salad dressings?

There are some good homemade recipes on the recipe thread. Mom's dressing is really good (name of recipe)....off the top of my head, it is a half cup of olive oil, water and vinegar each ..I used white wine vinegar, and I changed the sweetener to 3 tablespoons of brown splenda, tsp of Dijon mustard, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, grind of sea salt and cracked pepper. Lasted my husband and I all week! You can add whatever spices or herbs you like....way better than walden foods!

P1 - mix of IP and alternatives

B- coffee with 2 oz RTD vanilla with one Stevia
2 egg whites with 1 oz of ham
Morning snack: 1/2 bag of ProtiDiet honey nut cereal with some of the RTD diluted with water
L- roasted red cabbage (1 1/2 cups)
Midday snack: 1/2 bag of white cheddar chip thingies (8 oz carb for a full bag)
Finished RTD from breakfast
D- pepper steak (OP) with cauli rice
Evening snack: IP milk chocolate pudding

I ran a lot of errands and did chores today, so my meals were really split up.

I had:
Brkfst - Omelet, followed by cappuchino 2 h later
Lunch - baked some catfish with bell pepper pieces -- couldn't finish them in time and had to run, so took a baggie with some small slices of beef and pickles to nibble on --- filled me up for quite a while, which makes me think what I'm missing is the fat content (those catfish nuggets ended up swimming in water because the were half frozen when I put them in the oven, and had no taste at all, which is one reason I left them behind.)
Supper - broccoli cheese soup over chopped, cooked cauliflower, and zuchinni squash -- the zuchinni was so fresh and delicious.
Am drinking Yerba Mate tea late at night - I have gotten the impression it is caffiene free. We'll see!
