How many cups are we allowed per day?

I think it was 1 cup, and for every additional cup of caffeinated coffee/tea you have to add another 8 oz of water.

One cup for free, the rest you have to match with extra water. Just start drinking decaf after that first cup, makes it easier!!

I only do decaf, so can I just have regular decaf not diluted?

If you are drinking decaf no need to drink extra water for the day.
