I am really going to try. I am trying to eat carbs mostly in the morning, and at least one meal (normally lunch) that is almost all protein. Can't do low-carb since I just love pasta, bead and potatoes too much. I read about the plan I am trying to follow in a magazine. I normally don't give that stuff to much credit, but this didn't cut anything out, or did I have to change what I normally eat. Just when I eat it. And it is suppose to be lunch and dinner with mostly protein, but I haven't been able to stick with that either.
