I've been eating a bit healthier. I still have snacks and junk food in moderation but I've been incorporating wraps into my diet. This is because my doctor pointed out a brand that has 13 grams of fiber in each wrap, not including whatever you get from the actual food you fill it with. That seems to be helping me a bit. I'm also trying to drink more water although I think I'm still coming up short.
I think I'm naturally eating just enough calories to, at the very least, not gain weight which is good. I used to struggle with that so I'm happy I'm at least sticking to the 130's.
