April will mark the beginning of my training for the summer season of mountain hiking. I started with walking twice a day on flat ground, now am starting hills near me, and then in late april/may will drive out to the mountains and do the easiest trails in preparation for june.
March shocked me. Full stop. Maybe because it's only my second month in this time around, I lost 17 pounds.
I am sooooo happy with the results. I know I can't expect this every month but I am still very happy.
My plan for April will be lots of excercise of course (for hiking).
I will intermittent fast from 9pm to 5pm. I will eat very low carb. I will count my calories loosely and eat according to real hunger.
