Hey guys! I wrote a post about my first 5 days on low-carb. I know you guys know how hard it can be doing the transition. You're welcome to read if you're interested.
I will agree that first week was brutal, and I was allowing myself like 50-60 carbs, but man going from eating whatever I wanted to that was sooo rough.
This week I'm allowing myself a little more carbs and still losing just as much if not more... guess I've hit a fat burning mode yay!
