Did you have to shovel your way through the snow to get here ?
  • Time to come in out of the cold, Bill. BTW, sunny and beautiful here in WY. Loving it!!
  • Pretty nice in California, too.
  • Nice out here today. I was out walking without gloves - as if spring was in the air.
  • I am sad to report that Gary's wife, Angie has posted that Gary is going home under hospice care.
  • Sorry to report that Gary has lost his battle with cancer. I pray for peace for the family that he cherished so dearly.
  • My heart is so heavy with sadness.. I'm going to miss him a lot but will have to take comfort in the knowledge that he with Our Lord and has no pain. My thoughts and prayers are with Angie and the rest of the family.
  • I've just been going back through some of the threadkiller posts that Gary had made....along with other threads. Such wonderful memories..... I hope these posts don't get deleted...already have had so many memories and I just got started going through them.
  • Threadkiller will never be the same without Gary.
  • I'm glad we still have the old ones so we can go back and reread some of his posts.... I always smile when I do and I think he is still smiling at the thought of us rereading them..
  • In this thread, it is random conversations and the 500th post is the winner? (I'm sorry but I didn't know Gary. He sounds like he was a great guy though.)

Rhiko, yes we are about as random as you can get. Threads close at 500 posts. At one time some one wondered if the last person to post was a Threadkiller , that was all the encouragement that was needed and Threadkiller was born.
Any subject is OK as long as it is not something that might land you in jail.
Gary was a favorite poster, I am so sad to lose him. We need someone to step in and liven this thread up again.
