  • Mindy!!!!!!! Yay, awesome job!
  • Hi, I would like to join in. I'm Sarah, will be 32 in 2 weeks, married, no kiddos, 3 dogs, 1 cat, 9 rabbits, a full-time job, a deployed hubby and in the process of a 100 year old house renovation. Last summer I got down about 30lbs, but after moving back to america from overseas I ate back all that weight in about 6 weeks at Christmas.

    W: about 80 a day
E: I have a gym membership that I should use, but now yoga or walking
E: Try for Low GI, less junk food
D: Keep my chin up, and know I have done this before and I CAN and WILL do it again!!

D Give work 8 hours, not 7 and no more 10 either.

Happy Monday, 2 weeks and my son will be home to visit!

E: Started calisthenics and cardio 3 times a week. Just need to keep it up!
    E: On plan.
D: Bought a summer dress and some pretty heels.

  • Hey hey. Life goes on. I see everybody has been busy, like me. I am still doing my thing. Working and working out. I am in a holding pattern around 173. Need to get a drop here soon. I am running my first 5K of the year tomorrow. It is a Susan G Komen race. I have realized how much harder it is to run outside than on the treadmill. YIKES!!

    Talk at ya all later.
  • Kris, 41. Married, 4 kids, work 70 hours a week, am 70 lbs over weight. Coinsidence? I don't think so.

Miss Mindy, Miss Mavie, I cannot tell you what an inspiration it is to see you both still here, persevering. I am tired of quitting. I want back in.

Started Weight Watchers with my BFF in mid March. Have been totally uncommitted. Recommitting tonight, here and now. I am going to check in nightly this week (which will be a challenge) but I am worth it. So let me apologize in advance if I seem to be a thread hog.

    Here's to Monday ladies!
