Hi Everyone,
I've done Atkins before and know that it doesn't work for my body (I lost the weight quickly yes, but wound up hospitalized and within 6 months gained 70 lbs). I've tried a couple times since then but always wound up gaining more than I lost back.
I have worked to incorporate less carbs into my lifestyle, and I've heard great things about the 17 day diet and from what Ive managed to find online it seems more in line with what I'm currently doing. More Zone-esque" Before I buy the book though, I wanted to see some of the "typical day" menu items.
Does anyone have an experience with this?
