  • This month is when I plan to hit 40% of my original starting weight lost! I weigh in on Thursday, so that's what my weeks are scheduled around. Hopefully with spring around the corner, the weather will get warmer and I can get outside and be more active!

    Hi All,

    First time here - but I love this idea of a daily weigh in. I've struggled a lot in the past with an eating disorder and while getting over it I have put on a lot of weight. I'm happy that I'm actually not too bothered with the weight that I have put on, which is a huge step forward for me as I went from upside down eating habits to more structured eating. However, because of a kidney condition that I've got the doc wants me to shed some pounds as it will be easier for me to keep my blood pressure in check (which is vital for my condition..).

  • I'm slinking back here after taking a hiatus from november until now. It was good for my mental health. I ate whatever I wanted in whatever quantities (and man a lot of it was bad. Delicious, but bad) and the good news is I am up only like 3 pounds for that time which included several holidays. I will take that as a small victory but now it's time to get back in weight loss mode...

    I also stopped weighing myself during the hiatus which I know I can't do. It could have been way worse and I know I need to be accountable and start weighing daily again as it's what keeps me on track. Hopefully I can make goal this month- will be tricky as we're doing a cruise but I'll give it a try.
