    I have been slowing down from about 5lbs per month to about 2 or 3, but down in better than up, right? Slow and study wins the race, and I am in no hurry. I refuse to starve myself and drop weight to fast only to put it back on. I am in this for the long haul, never give up, even if you hit a platau, keep on going!
