  • Welcome and good luck !
  • Thanks Bar for the support
  • Hi T.J. and welcome! I read on your intro thread that you've got someone creating a unique plan for you, I'm looking forward to hearing more about it. Also - I'll be reading all your posts with an Irish accent going on in my head.
  • I said unique but it is pretty basic, i worded it like that because last time i got this generic diet plan off a gym i joined around 4 years ago and it was horrible and didn't suit me. The gym only had 3 types of diet plans for people, here's an idea of it...

    Diet Plan 1

Lunch Small bread roll with sliced chicken breast

    Diet Plan 2

Lunch Medium bread roll with sliced chicken breast

    Diet Plan 3

    Lunch Large bread roll with....

You see where i'm going with this lol, there was other things such as eating salmon alot which i hate and eating alot of boiled eggs which arent my thing.

I have a plan with alot of great variety in it which keeps it interesting full of fruit and veg, mince, chicken..blah blah blah...

As for day 1 over i'm feeling good, the secret for me is to drink water, water and more water it's taking my mind off the diet and keeping my mouth busy.
  • Hey all, weigh-in time and i'm pleased to announce i'm 7lbs down!

Gone from 332 down to 324.6

I worked hard this week but didn't kill myself in the process, in a weird way i kinda enjoyed it lol.

Very happy with this weeks result and i know it's not gonna be like this every week but so far so good.

Bring on week 2, i'm ready!!!
  • Welcome aboard!
  • Well, week 2 is over and i lost 3.2 lbs this week. I'm pretty bummed out as constipation still has me in its grip but i'll be buying some laxitives tmrw so that should do the trick.

I should still be happy tho with 3.2 lbs, new weight is now 321.4 lbs.

Week 3 is gonna wish it never met me! BRING IT ON ARRGH!!
  • Nicely done. Great rate of weight loss as well. Right on the money.
  • Well done.
  • Welcome and good job so far !

I hear Potatoes are great for that.

    Sorry couldn't resist.

Bread is lethal if not carefully controlled. You know those special ninja slices the ones that disappear from the loaf and end up in your guts with you never noticing.

I also find bread to be massively bloating especially with lots of water modern bread is often made with only part fermented yeast. This continues to ferment in you and leads to bloating.

I've move now to gluten free bread to avoid this.

Keep up the good work i started at 329 13 months ago and despite being mega slack since september i'm still down to around 18 1/2 st.

Check out C25K it was the best decision i ever made.
  • Well week 3 over and done with a weight loss of 3.4 lbs to report which puts me down to 318 from my start weight of 332.

I'm glad i'm losing but yet again it could be more, busy this week with school and didn't get to work out as often as i would have liked but i will mke up for it next week.

    Week 4?.. pssh bring it!
  • Kudos for another week on plan. Gotta love the attitude, "pssh bring it!"
  • You are doing great, congrats!!
