Yes these are okay for IP. Avoid aspartame as that can mimic a sugar reaction in your body but other sweeteners are okay.
I also suggest that you start posting in the daily thread or Home of the 100% thread with your questions as most people will read and respond there faster than opening a bunch of new threads.
Also, be SURE you are paying close attention to the serving size. I believe a serving is 8oz, so a 32oz bottle is FOUR SERVINGS. The zero carbs/zero calories are not true zeros once you are talking about multiple servings. They have small amounts of carbs that add up fast.
I drank them everyday at the suggestion of my coach to help prevent headaches. Never saw a stall in loss... I did 16 OZ a day and counted it toward water consumption.
I was told they are okay in combo with water. Propel is another one I drink, plus they come in the packets like crystal light to save on a bit of $$. I was told no on Mio and crystal light because of the aspartame, but others have used them. Just depends. Don't drink the Gatorade ones however, those have sugar.

Um....Mio has NO aspartame in it. It is sweetened with sucralose (splenda). There are MANY flavors of Crystal light that are also flavored with sucralose instead of aspartame.
