Weighed in this morn and I am one pound past my mini goal of 158 or BMI 29.9. So 157, 29.7. and that's 2.5lbs this week! I had lost motivation for a couple weeks and only lost 1/2lb per week the middle two weeks of January but I feel back!
That's great. I, too, kind of wavered over the weekend, but am back full throttle. Feels good to be able to get back on track and your loss is extra motivation.
