I'm Back

  • Hi everyone, I felt I needed a bit of support and encouragement from all you lovely ladies. After losing about 10 pounds last year, I slipped off the wagon and gained it back. Luckily I have not gained more than 10. I'm somewhere between 173-177lbs. This is the highest I have ever been and I'm only 20 years old! I can't even run for a full minute! I'm so tired of feeling fat and tired!!! I am claiming today that on August 18 I will run in my first half marathon. I will begin training tomorrow. I'm going to start walking a mile a day, then jog, and then RUN!

    Hopefully I can check in weekly and give you all my progress.

    Best of luck on your journey. Have you looked into the C25K program? I know several people on here are doing it. 5k isn't a half marathon, but it's probably a necessary step to get there!
