Hello!
I joined this forum in hopes to get some inspiration as well as inspire others on my weight loss journey. I started exercising and changing my eating habits back in December of 2012. I am now about 7 weeks into my journey.
I am concentrating on eating healthy, whole foods, no processed or fast foods and I am exercising about an hour each day on my stationary bike and eliptical. I also am starting to learn to hoop dance! If you have to exercise it might as well be fun right?
