A Few Mini Goals Met!

  • I am doing the 1o pounds by 1 February challenge and as of today, I'm down 11.2 pounds! I met...and passed the 10 pound goal!

    I also finished week one of my Zombies Run 5k 8 Week Training program!!

    AND I did a week of Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga!!

    Next mini goal: To get under 200!!
