I am pleased to say that my ankle has almost made a full recovery, it feels basically normal to me so I am going to pick back up full force now, and my slow loss last week was contributed by TOM, as it has arrived.
Always good to see, not good for the number lol. Regardless, I think I have my nutrition down to a T as far as making sure I am getting in the right types of food in order to prevent bingeing. This week my goal is to reconnect and get fully focused into P90X and having that normal exercise regimine again. I am going to keep my ankle wrapped for my work outs as a precaution, but I feel more than ready to go!
