What are your thoughts on the Phentratrim? I have a bottle but it seems like on the days I take it, I get extremely hungry. It's supposed to have the opposite effect.

Do you take it 30 mins before you eat? I've had good success when I take it that way.

meazie- yes I do take it 30 mins before meals.. I may try it again when I'm having a bad day anyways just to see.
