Nashua Nutrition's Customer Service

  • I have to share how amazed I am with Nashua Nutrition's customer service! Last night I contacted them through their website. My favorite bar from HealthSmart was out of stock, and I asked if I could back-order it and still get the 3fatchicks promo discount on them.

    One of their customer service reps just CALLED me, took my entire order over the phone, gave me the discount, and said they will send the item on back order as soon as they get them in (problem at the manufacturers).

    I really hesitated to put my phone # in the em to them, but am so glad I did. She said it is quite complicated to explain in an em how to back order something from them. Needless to say, I am one happy customer!

    based on scorbett's recommendation, but they were (and still are) backordered with no known availability date. NN promptly refunded those items to my CC, but I was really looking forward to trying those.

    Glad to hear their customer service is top notch, though!

    I was happy to see this post because I ordered them from for the first time today and I was so pleased with the customer service. They contacted me via email about something that I requested in the notes of my order. They did 2 very nice things for me and now they pretty much have a customer for life in me.

    Did other people go a little crazy with their order the first time they ordered from Nashua Nutrition? After spending at least $100 a week on IP I was a little spend happy due to how much I could get for a fraction of what I paid on IP. I am actually glad I started on IP with a coach because I learned a LOT but tomorrow is 28 days and it just doesn't seem logical to continue spending so much if it's not necessary. I was actually skeptical about alternatives to be honest. Thanks to Scorbett and the wealth of knowledge she shared with me as well as the alternatives thread, I just couldn't justify staying on IP. I actually want to stay on this for a long time and I hated feeling like I may not be able to afford it long term. Now, I can.

    Another reason that I am so grateful for this group!
