OMG this month is dragging :(

  • I still have another 7 days before I weigh myself and the days just seem to be dragging by, I am dying to see how I have done this month but dont want to break the first rule of my diet and keep jumping on the scales...the tempatation is driving me nuts.
  • I know how you feel, but honestly I gave in. It helps me keep track of myself and helps me think better and worry less (less stress is better!)

    I love seeing even just 1lb less, it's the best feeling!
  • I'm on a scale break for January also. It really is killing me. But I'm trying to work as hard as I can in the next week to see a loss. I'm kinda worried that I won't! Maybe even gained weight.
  • Well I have been working as hard as I possibly can to see a decent 1st month loss, I just hope I'm not disappointed when the day comes
  • You can do it; it's only 7 days away! (I go through phases where I can't resist the scale so I have my husband hide it during that time) When you do step on it, remember ANY LOSS IS GOOD (I always get discouraged if I don't see huge number losses)
