OK I am now going to be a joiner and upload a before and after pic of my mini goal, I am down about 43 lbs since may 2012, slow and steady!! In the first one the "after" was when I was about 15lbs heavier than I am now, I have added another more recent pic of my face with my hair dyed brown, someday when I am braver I will add a body pic
