Hot Apple Crisp

  • Ingredients

    4 Apples, fresh, peeled and diced
    .5C splenda
    Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp

    Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup
    Whole wheat flour, 0.25 cup
    Splenda, 1/4C
    Margarine, 1/4 cup, melted


    Directions
    Mix first 5 ingredients together and place in a greased 9" pan (use pam or oil spray).

    melt margarine and mix with oats, flour and 1/4 c splenda in same bowl
    spread on top of apples

    Cook at about 350 for 20 min or til apples are cooked and top is crispy.

    Number of Servings: 4

    I serve it warm with a dollop of frozen whipped cream - it's like eating warm apple pie with ice cream!
