    Lunch: IP broccoli soup + salad (romaine lettuce + cucumber, sliced bell pepper + asparagus spears topped with sea salt and lemon)

    Snack: Syntrax twisted cherry drink (giving this a try today)

    Dinner: turkey burger grilled with rosemary, sea salt and pepper + sauteed mushrooms, peppers, green onions + garlic with 2 tsp evoo

  • Phase 1:

    Breakfast: HealthSmart peaches and cream oatmeal + coffee with WLS cocomint creamer

    Lunch: IP pizza plus side salad (packet of IP pancake with 2 egg whites and 1/4 tsp baking soda + water and herbs baked on a silpat at 350 degrees for 12 minutes, turning once.) Topped with sauteed mushrooms, garlic, evoo, sea salt, crushed red pepper. Side romaine lettuce salad with cucumbers.

    Snack: WLS cheesecake topped with 1 TBSP WF caramel syrup + tea

    Dinner: Shrimp sauteed in pureed tomato, garlic, red chili, cumin seeds, turmeric and mustard powder, topped with lemon juice. Served over spinach with a side of green beans

    S seafood salad (split protein today), simply chipotle chili chips
    We were out with my alumni club watching a basketball game. Had lots of water with Mio while everyone was drinking!

    B - IP chocolate shake
    L - Can of tuna mixed with chopped celery, bell peppers, red onion, 2 pickles and WP mayonnaise.
    D - baked Salmon with lemon and pepper, boiled green and yellow beans and cabbage made with WF mayonnaise and vinegar
    S - IP zipper pickles and IP rasberry jello.
