Another Re-Introduction

  • Hello all. I'm not new here. I was a member a few years ago, fell of the wagon, bounced twice, think I knocked myself out. But I'm back. I have ~200lbs to lose, and have been counting calories ~month now but not faithfully and didn't really count over the holidays. This past week I stuck to it though, and I am down 7lbs.
