What are your favorite quick and easy recipes?
I am on the Alternative plan with the added food for diabetics.
Here is my favorite recipe for a chocolate shake:
2 scoops of EAS Lean Protein, water, crushed ice and a banana. Blend (using a quick and easy hand blender) VOILA! A great filling shake.

Lately, I have been making a decaf cafe' mocha at work. We have a Keurig machine, which makes it even easier to make. I start out by putting a 1/2 packet of Swiss Miss diet hot cocoa mix in a mug. A full packet of the hot cocoa has 25 calories (4g of carbs and 2g of sugar). I then put the mug in front of the Keurig and brew a medium size cup of coffee. (I use the Newman's Own Special Decaf because I want to avoid the caffeine). Stir well and enjoy! I drink one or two of them sometime after lunch for a sweet treat.
