Does anyone have an IP safe recipe for Beef Stroganoff?

That's a tough one - you could probably use Miracle noodles fettuccine for the noodles, but the cream sauce is going to be tough to replicate and still be IP safe. I did a quick internet search and didn't find anything, but if I do I'll post it here!

Maybe use the cream of mushroom soup as a sauce? Or the chicken soup with lots of mushrooms in it?

The soup is a good idea for the base of the sauce (I would use mushroom soup). Add in worchestershire sauce and garlic and serve over shirataki noodles.

Instead of Beef Stroganoff I make the crock pot Beef Burganoine (or how ever you spell it) recipe from the big Ideal Protein Chef Verati cookbook. If I remember right I still have to make changes (like most of his recipes) to make it Phase 1 legal but it does come out real tasty!!!!
