I want to start my year right, by giving myself a small goal.
I entered this new year weighing 160 lbs, and am hoping to set a goal for each month. My goal for January 2013 is to lose about 8 lbs.
gd luck with ur mimi goal. ive read lots on here about how much setting mimi goals have helped. so ive set my self the goal of 7lbs by the end of Jan. Im sure we will both be successful
